JOB DESCRIPTION

Supports the Division Chief in managing and supervising the Social Marketing Division from communication needs assessment, planning, implementation to evaluation, while working collaboratively with various stakeholders and partners to support the implementation of 4Ps program.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.Prepares communication plan constant with the thrust and priorities of the Department and of the program.

2.Develops social marketing, advocacy, and campaign strategies to support strategic results and directions for the program.

3.Prepares the corresponding Work and Financial Plan in close collaboration with the NPMO divisions and RPMOs.

4.Collaborates with other Offices, Departments, National Government Agencies, Development Partners, and other stakeholders;

5.Provides technical assistance to regional counterparts and other intermediaries;

6.Evaluates/assess communication interventions through communications audit, spot checks, and other methods independently or in collaboration with other offices/partners;

7.Assists the Division Chief in managing performance targets and commitments of the Division; and

8.Submits regular accomplishment reports to the division chief and other principles.
