Job Description
Preferred Qualifications (Competency-based)
Education: Graduate any two-year technical course or at least 2 years in college
Training: At least 4 hours relevant training in filing and records keeping
Experience: At least one year experience in administrative works
Skills: Computer literate with intermediate knowledge on MS Office applications, capable of writing technical reports with moderate guidance, and with knowledge on accounting, statistics, and project management
General Function:
Provides administrative and clerical support to the RPMO.
Specific Functions:
Receives and records SLP incoming and outgoing documents;
Provides support in tracking communications and maintaining a central filing of documents.
Operates fax machines and transmits messages to with other Government and Non-Government Organizations/Corporations partners of the Program.
Provides administrative assistance in the day to day Program Operations;
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the Regional PDO III.
Render additional services with pay as authorized in the exigency of the service which shall be compensated accordingly.
Performs other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time by the superiors; and
