Preferably a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any Business Course, Human Resources, Psychology, Public Administration, Legal Management, Operations Management or related field

Training

Minimum of ten (10) hours of learning and development intervention covering quality management trainings, ISO Certification and/or any related training

Experience

:

At least of one (1) year of relevant experience handling Quality Improvement Management, International Organization for Standardization, Total Quality Management or any related experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer and the Supervising Administrative Officer, shall be responsible towards organizational capacitance by developing and improving all office manuals, reinforcing strategies pertaining to organizational change, reviewing structures and processes.

On top of that, the Organizational Development Section shall perform all the Learning and Development Interventions of the Division from Preparation to Training Impact Assessment and Evaluation.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Acts as Section Head of the Organization Development Section;

2. Conducts Coaching and Mentoring to all workforce of the section;

3. Ensures that OBSUs/FOs organizational structures are updated, complemented with the existing staffing pattern of the department and accompanied by the DBM ruling and rightsizing bill;

4.Ensures that all OBSUs/ FOs has its operational manual;

5.Recommends amendment on organizational structure and/or office manual if necessary and/or applicable;

6.Evaluates and assesses staffing standards and workforce requirements in line with the current DBM guidelines and Rightsizing House Bill;

7.Provide technical assistance pertaining to Learning and development intervention concerning Quality Improvement, Compliance Assurance and Organizational Development;

8.Facilitate Learning and Development Intervention;

9.Monitors all Recruitment and Selection documents of the division;

10.Monitors all employee engagement activity of the division;

11.Maintains staffing standards and workforce complements of the division; and

12.Performs other task that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

2.Capacity Development Plan;

3.Monitoring of Organizational Structure;

4.Manual Reviews;

5.Coaching and Mentoring Logs; and

6.Recommendation Report/Matrix.
