Job Summary:

Under general supervision, provides enhancements/recommendations and monitors the Recruitment and Performance Management modules of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), prepares related documentation and needed datasets, provides technical assistance and possible solutions for process automation.

Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1.Undertakes continuing systems analysis and engineering of administrative and operational processes and management information requirements in the HRMDS;

2.Coordinates and collaborates with the ICTMS in translating recruitment, selection and placement (RSP) and performance management (PM) processes and modules into systems and facilities;

3.Coordinates with ICTMS all ICT related concerns prior to implementation to ensure it conforms to standards;

4.Maintains RSP and PM modules in the HRMIS and monitor/recommends features for development/enhancement based on the existing processes of the HRPPMD;

5.Provides a through checking and evaluation on the data stored in the HRMIS and other databases/monitoring tools used by the RSP and PM sections;

6.Documents the progress of the recruitment, selection and placement and performance management modules in the HRMIS from development to parallel-testing until full implementation;

7.Encodes/Inputs data in HRMIS, as needed;

8.Provides technical assistance, required datasets and IT support to personnel under the RSP and PM sections;

9.Escalates issues related to quality assurance, security management, systems administration and systems development to ICTMS and other concerned office/s’

10.Submit monthly reports on ICT related activities and status of system/project implementation to ICTMS, if needed;

11.Performs other tasks and functions as may be specified by the OIC Division Chief and the supervisors.
