JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, performs administrative support services functions related in the areas of financial management.  Process external claims, reviews liquidation of cash advances, transmittal and filing of all related documents.  Prepare financial reports and maintain financial records for all funds of the Departments, and does other related works.


Functions and Responsibilities:

1.  Assist in the encoding of the details in monitoring for AICS;

2. Assist processing of Disbursement Vouchers of external financial claims for Miscellaneous and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) as to validity, accuracy and completeness of supporting documents;

3. Prepare withholding tax certificate for various supplier (BIR Form No. 2307);

4. Prepare Transmittal to various OBSUs for claims processed;

5. Assist in the monitoring of claims and provide technical assistance;

6. Assist in encoding the monthly report for tax remittances;

7. Assist in filing of documents;

8. Prepare draft letters, memoranda and other communications assigned by immediate supervisor; and

9. Performs other tasks that may be directed by the immediate supervisor.


Job Outputs:

1. Memoranda and letter within the prescribed deadline;

2. Disbursement Vouchers for claims of external creditors accurately processed and with complete supporting documents;

3. Processed/Reviewed liquidation for AICS;

4. Checklist of supporting documents;

5. Monthly Report of Withholding Tax; and

6. BIR Form No. 2307.

Initial Shortlisting:
