JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, performs administrative support and clerical functions.


Functions and Responsibilities:

Property Management

1. Prepare documents needed in responding to various issues and concerns relative to property management;

2. Identify and recommend priorities for policy and guidelines formulation to ensure accomplishments of the RPMS deliverables;

3. Focal person /representative to different committees;

4. Provide needed technical assistance to DSWD Central Office OBSUs and DSWD Field Offices.

Monitoring

1. Assist in the supervision of RPMS personnel; and

2. Ensure the accuracy of real property records.

Other administrative and support functions

1. Attend meetings and other activities as may be assigned;

2. Act as focal/representatives to different Committees; and

3. Perform related tasks that may be assigned from time to time 


Job Outputs: 

  1. Letters/Memoranda/Notice of Meetings/other communication documents

  2. Briefers, reports, minutes of the meeting/summary of agreements and update

  3. Draft policies/guidelines on real property management, concept papers/notes, briefers, among others

  4. Other reports as may be required


Applicants should be guided by the following Criteria for Evaluation:

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% of the minimum total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE). Maximum Total Score of ETE only - 60\%. 75\% of 60 = 45%

Second Shortlisting:

Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%

If two (2) or more vacant positions with the same title and salary grade are published at the same time, and there is only one (1) longlist applicants provided by HRMDS, additional two (2) applicants for every regular position will be added to the top five (5) highest rating. However, all the additional shortlisted positions should meet the 80\% cut off.

Consists of ETE, IQT, Special Examination, Competency-Based Interview and Performance Rating.

11. Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the previous/current employer.
