JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, performs administrative support and clerical functions.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Prepares the Bureau’s Work and Financial Plan (WFP) and reports required by Management, COA, DBM, Senate, House of Representatives and other oversight agencies in coordination with the concerned Division;

2. Coordinates with Budget, Accounting regarding TARA referrals or requests for funds;

3.Monitors fund utilization and sees to it that expenditures are in accordance with the approved Work and Financial Plan of the Bureau;

4. Maintains accurate information/data on financial matters;

5.Ensure that all budget/financial records are properly filed to ensure efficient coordination to various offices;

6. Represent the Bureau in planning and budgeting related activities;

7. Process Disbursement Vouchers of financial claims for the payment of Service Providers, Miscellaneous and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) and Capital Outlay (CO) as to validity, accuracy and completeness of supporting documents; and 

8. Assists in the review of Purchase Order, Contracts and Memorandum of Agreements (MOA’s) as to completeness of its supporting documents.

10. Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID /proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC renewal license; and

11. Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the previous/current employer.
