(1)  ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER I – 1 SLOT


Salary Grade                      :       10 (Php 23,176.00)

Reports to                           :       Administrative Officer V


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:


Education                            :       Bachelor’s Degree Relevant to the job

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

 

Education               :       Bachelor's degree relevant to the job,   

                                                                 preferably Business           

                                                                 Management/Accounting

Experience                          :       One (1) year of relevant experience

Training                               :       Four (4) hours of relevant training

Eligibility                              :       RA 1080 /CS(Professional)/Second Level

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Performs administrative functions related to property and supply     management activities;

  2. Facilitate procurement and reporting;

  3.  Prepare periodic reports on the status of equipment;

  4. Maintain orderly and up-to-date records and ledger cards of equipment;       Accomplishment of performance commitment and appraisal; 

  5. Performs other tasks related to Pantawid Pamilya operation as necessary.
