JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists in the implementation of the capability building agenda and maintains a training information database.


Functions and Responsibilities:

Training Implementation

1. Assist in the implementation of capability building activities of the NPMO by:

-Acting as co-facilitator when necessary

-Providing logistical and administrative support to the training managers

-Developing training requirements such as visual aids and training materials

2. Facilitates and manages Level 1 trainings – i.e. orientations and trainings for administrative staff and lower level staff, parent leaders and beneficiaries

Knowledge Management

3. Ensure adherence to the standards of Knowledge Products.

4. Provides technical assistance on the conduct of Division’s Knowledge Sharing Sessions.

5. Provides technical assistance on Knowledge Management matters to other staff, and divisions.

6. Monitors the submission and usage of 4Ps Knowledge Products.


Capability Building Data Management

7. Establishes and maintains training databases – e.g. list of participants, list of parent leaders, and similar information. Ensures the accuracy and timelines of database information.

8. Consolidates information/reports gathered from the conduct of training (e.g. training evaluation, directory of participants, write-ups, etc.) and assists in the preparation of feedback reports.

9. Consolidates and monitors the unit’s training calendar.

10. Consolidates and monitors the submission of the Monthly Accomplishment Reports of the Divisions and Field Offices.


Others

11. Performs other tasks as assigned.

4. Inventory of Knowledge Products;

5. Monthly Accomplishment Reports Summary;

6. Policies, Guidelines, Memos and Correspondences; and
