JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direct supervision of the Division Chief, provides administrative support and performs other tasks as may be assigned.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assists in the daily monitoring of social protection issues in broadcast media;
2. Provides administrative support in the preparation of weekly news analysis;
3. Manages incoming and outgoing documents of the division;
4. Follows up action to communication within the division;
5. Receives/place phone calls;
6. Encodes documents of the division;
7. Files documents of the division;
8. Prepares ALOBs, claims re: travelling, expenses, cash advance and liquidation vouchers;
9. Reproduces information material and other documents;
10. Transmits/fax memos to Field Offices and other units at Central Office; and
11. Performs other related tasks (Assists in workshops and researches.

7.Copy of Special Order or Certification indicating the supervisory/management experience/functions signed by the HRMO or any authorized representative (for Division Chief positions only/if applicable);
8.Scanned copy of certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended (If applicable);
9.Certificate of Employment;
10.Scanned copy of NBI Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI clearance; and
11.Scanned copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the last/current employer.
