Preferred Qualification Standards:

 

Education    :       Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work

Training         :          Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience :       One (1) year of relevant experience in Psychological Interventions

Eligibility     :       Career Service (Sub-Professional) / 1st Level Eligibility


Primary Tasks:


  • Conducts interviews to clienteles; 

  • Handles limited caseload 

  • Provides psychosocial interventions such as counseling, family therapy, critical incidence, stress debriefing and family conferences; 

  • Prepares project proposals, social case study reports, assessment reports of her cases; 

  • Refers clients to concerned LGUs, NGOs, and POs for further intervention and assistance; 

  • Assists social workers in her work load and management of cases; 

  • Coordinates with LGUs, NGOs, POs and Gas; 

  • Acts as records custodian 

  • Performs clerical functions;

Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75\% of the maximum total score on ETE
