Primary Tasks:


1. Prepares/integrates/updates required planning documents

2. Prepares the following: endorsement/transmittal letter, annual procurement and accomplishment report of the Section, consolidates/analyzes assessment from on the family preparedness for disaster/emergency of PPD Staff, inventory of SWD Related researches, matrix on the request to evaluate the compliance of the Divisions on the Central Office requirements;

3. Under general supervision, perform statistical functions in the planning section;

4. Review, consolidates, tabulates, and complies periodic plans on reports;

5. Validates, maintains statistical reports for databank;

6. Assist in the provision of Technical Assistance on Social Protection statistics on Project Management System of retained/devolved workers including institutions/centers staff;

7. Assist in the data gathering or collection and compilation and analysis of the data;

8. Assist in the evaluation of results of statistical surveys and similar inquiries for accuracy,

9. Attend staff meeting, conferences, seminars and other related task assigned by the management

Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75\% of the maximum total score on ETE

Final Shortlisting: Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80 \%
