JOB DESCRIPTION


Under general supervision, performs technical and administrative support services functions related in the areas of financial management. Prepares financial reports and maintains financial records for all funds of the Department and does related works.


Functions and Responsibilities:


1. Prepares Letter, Memoranda;

2. Prepares Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled (ACIC), List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable-Advice to Debit Account (LDDAP-ADA), Authority to Debit/Credit Account (AD/AC), Fund Transfer Allocation (FTA), Notice of Transfer of Allocation (NTA) and Notice of Barangay Transfer of Fund (NBTF);

3. Prepares financial reports such as Report of Checks Issued (RCI), Status of Fund Utilization and Balances, Status of Fund Releases; Unreleased Checks, Report of Fund Transfer;

4. Handles Cash Advance up to Php1M, as needed and Prepares Liquidation Report;

5. Consolidate financial reports of Central Office and Field Offices;

6. Prepares Request and Issuance Slip (RIS)/Purchase Request (PR); and

7. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

7. Cash Disbursement Record; Liquidation Report and Report of Cash Disbursement;

8. Request and Issuance Slip (RIS)/Purchase Request (PR).

8.Scanned copy of certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended (If applicable);

9.Scanned copy of NBI Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI clearance; and 

10.Scanned copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the last/current employer.
