ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II (HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER I)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, and in accordance with existing guidelines, rules and regulation and protocols, performs administrative functions along personnel administration.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Process/reviews Central Office (CO) applications for leave;
2. Services as secretariat to Monetization Committee;
3. Processing of terminal leave benefits claim CO officials/employees;
4. Records/encodes updates on leave usage and balances officials/employees in CO, using the leave card and the e-leave record;
5. Computes DTR of regular, casual and contractual employees in the Central Office and manages the tardiness and undertime;
6. Computes amount of overpayment due to absences/tardiness/undertime without pay;
7. Manages the HRMIS specially on leave module;
8. Issuance of CO clearance and all personnel record regarding leave administration (CO) to include COC;
9. Provides technical assistance to CO OBS when needed in relation to leave;
10. Acts as Secretariat;
11. Prepares report or data needed regarding leave administration (CO) to include report on travel abroad on personal business;
12. Prepare draft communications, memoranda, guidelines, input on guidelines as assigned; and
13. Performs other tasks and functions as may be specified by the Division Chief and the immediate supervisor.

5.Scanned authenticated copy of Transcript of Record and/or Diploma;
6.Scanned authenticated copy of Certificate of Grades for Master’s Degree earned units (If applicable);
7.Copy of Special Order or Certification indicating the supervisory/management experience/functions signed by the HRMO or any authorized representative (for Division Chief positions only/if applicable);
8.Scanned copy of certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended (If applicable);
9.Scanned copy of NBI Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI clearance; and
10.Scanned copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the last/current employer.
