JOB DESCRIPTION


Under the supervision of the Chief, Personnel Administration Division (PAD) and the Section Head, performs administrative/technical functions along personnel administration in accordance with existing policies/guidelines.


Functions and Responsibilities:


1.Prepares payroll, DVs, remittance, reports, memoranda and other communications related to compensation and benefits for special programs;

2. Facilitates repair and maintenance services of office equipment;

3. Acts as focal/representative to meetings related payroll concerns of Special Programs;

4. Provides technical assistance to CO OBS when needed in relation to compensation and benefits and concerns of special programs;

5. Responds to special concerns/assignments as need arises;

6. Performs logistic functions whenever there are special activities/trainings; and

7. Does other related tasks as may be assigned.


Job Outputs:


1. Reports;

2. Memoranda/letters;

3. Inputs on guidelines, as assigned;

4. Payrolls, Remittances, DVs, Payslips and other documents related to compensation and benefits;

5. Repair/maintenance services;

6. Other personnel transactions related to Compensation and Benefits.

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% of the maximum total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE)

7.Copy of Special Order or Certification indicating the supervisory/management experience/functions signed by the HRMO or any authorized representative (for Division Chief positions only/if applicable);

8.Scanned copy of certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended (If applicable);

9.Scanned copy of NBI Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI clearance; and 

10.Scanned copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the last/current employer.
