JOB DESCRIPTION
Assists the Division Chief in overseeing plans, directing and supervising technical staff. Provides technical assistance and monitors the Division deliverables and commitments, preparation of reports and documentations.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assists the Division Chief in the supervision of the Division overall operation.
2. Prepare/review/finalize the Division Work and Financial Plan.
3. Reviews and analyzes Program reports and other documentations.
4. Facilitates, recommends and develops policy formulation and enhancement.
5. Renders technical assistance relative to data analysis, and preparation of technical reports; reviews reports and other documents prepared by the technical staff;
6. Monitors the division’s compliance to the deliverables and commitments;
7. Represents the Division/Program in internal and external bureaus/offices/agencies relative to program implementation;
8. Assists in the assessment of staff on a periodic basis and personnel hiring;
9. Prepare/review periodic and special reports to the Division Chief/National Program Manager; and
10. Performs other tasks assigned by the National Program Director/Manager and Division Chief from time to time.

7.Copy of Special Order or Certification indicating the supervisory/management experience/functions signed by the HRMO or any authorized representative (for Division Chief positions only/if applicable);
8.Scanned copy of certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended (If applicable);
9.Scanned copy of NBI Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI clearance; and
10.Scanned copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the last/current employer.
