JOB DESCRIPTION


Under the direction of the Chief, Personnel Administration Division (PAD) and the Section Head, and with some latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, performs somewhat difficult responsible professional work requiring training, considerable experience and knowledge along personnel administration.


Functions and Responsibilities:


1. Reviews appointment papers/requirements of newly hired/appointed/promoted DSWD CO Officials and employees;

2. Reviews entitlement of DSWD CO officials/employees to Loyalty Awards, Step Increment, PBB and other incentives in coordination with other PAD Sections/HRMDS Divisions;

3. Prepares Notice of Salary Adjustment/Service Record/Clearance Form and other personnel documents of the DSWD Field Office (FO) officials/employees;

4. Facilitates application of leave, request for alternative work arrangement, request for practice of profession and official travels of DSWD FO officials;

5. Prepares/drafts communications, memoranda, guidelines, inputs/comments on guidelines as assigned;

6. Acts as resource person to trainings/orientations;

7. Prepares BP 204, BP 205 and other documents of Field Offices for the Personnel Funding submitted to Department of Budget and Management;

8. Updates and maintains service cards, e-plantilla and working plantilla to include e-PSIPOP of FOs and provide data as to employment to other Sections and OBs as needed (i.e., data on number of years, etc.)

9. Provides technical assistance to CO OBS and FOs when needed in relation to personnel transaction;

10. Acts as representative of the Section Head to meetings/activities as needed arises; and 

11. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.

7.Copy of Special Order or Certification indicating the supervisory/management experience/functions signed by the HRMO or any authorized representative (for Division Chief positions only/if applicable);

8.Scanned copy of certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended (If applicable);

9.Scanned copy of NBI Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI clearance; and 

10.Scanned copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the last/current employer.
