Job Summary:

Under general supervision, performs supervisory, technical, administrative and support functions of Administrative Division (AD) and does other related works

Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Facilitates the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation activities to review and address Planning and M&E issues and challenges experienced by Offices/Bureaus/Services;

·         Spearheads business-process streamlining and initiatives related to ARTA and PBB

·         Facilitates delivery of ISO reportorial requirements and prescribed activities

·         Ensures compliance of the bureau with all the requirements mentioned in the “Revised Whistleblowing Policy for the GOCC Sector” and amendments thereto

·         Ensures compliance to all conditions set to be eligible to the grant of PBB

·         Ensures implementation of the Performance Governance System for the bureau

·         Serves as facilitator of Risk Management (RM) initiatives

·         Synchronizes efforts towards effective mainstreaming and integration of RM in the regular planning and budgeting process

·         Assists in the operationalization of the overall RM in the Department. i.e., development of risk registers, treatment plans, and RM communication plan and participate in RM related activities

·         Recommends enhancements and amendments to the organizational and unit-levl strategies;

·         Monitors and reports implementation of unit-level scorecards/scoreboards;

·         Monitors and reports status of strategic initiatives;

·         Monitors and reports early wins and good practices of delivery units;

·         Performs other related tasks as assigned or required.

9.    Certificate of Employment from the last/current employer

10.   Copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating                period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the last/current employer.

11. Scanned copy of NBI Certificate or proof of payment i.e official receipt of the NBI clearance.
