JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs administrative support functions related in the FMS - Accounting Division activities like photocopying of documents, assist in records management; assist in setting up venues during meetings, in packaging reports, and documents, and other related administrative tasks when directed including the liaising services and does related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Performs clerical functions;
2. Photocopy of various documents;
3. Assist in records management;
4. Act as Liaison Officer of the Accounting Division for Regular Programs; and
5. Performs other tasks that may be assigned/required by the Chief Accountant and other Accounting Division staff.
Job Outputs:
1. Updated Filing System
2. Scan and Photocopied Documents
3. Properly records management
4. Delivered documents/reports to the stakeholders on time
5. Arranged venues for meetings
6. Properly packaged financial reports

4.Authenticated scanned copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID /proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC renewal license.
5.Scanned authenticated copy of Transcript of Record and/or Diploma;
6.Scanned authenticated copy of Certificate of Grades for Master’s Degree earned units (If applicable);
7.Copy of Special Order or Certification indicating the supervisory/management experience/functions signed by the HRMO or any authorized representative (for Division Chief positions only/if applicable);
8.Scanned copy of certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended (If applicable);
9.Scanned copy of NBI Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI clearance; and
10.Scanned copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the last/current employer.
