JOB DESCRIPTION


Under immediate supervision of the Section Head, performs administrative support and clerical functions.


Functions and Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for preparation of transmittal memorandum to employees pertaining to requests for issuance of properties;

2. Assist in the preparation of property clearance certificates as requested by officials and employees;

3. File property records and other documents of the Section;

4. Update PREMIS data as may be deemed necessary;

5. Email official documents to concerned offices;

6. Answers telephone calls;

7. Submit reportorial requirements and other directives received from the Division Chief; and

8. Other related tasks which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

4. Other reports as may be required

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% of the minimum total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE) 


Maximum total score of ETE only - 60%

75% of 60 = 45


Second Shortlisting:

Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80\%


If two (2) or more vacant positions with the same title and Salary Grade are published at the same time, and there is only one (1) longlist of applicants provided by HRMDS, additional two (2) applicants for every regular position will be added on top five (5) highest rating. However, all the additional shortlisted positions should meet the 80\% cut off.


Consists of ETE, IQT, Special Examination, Competency- Based Interview and Performance Rating.

8.Scanned copy of certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended (If applicable);

9.Certificate of Employment from the last/current employer;

10.Scanned copy of NBI Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI clearance; and 

11.Scanned copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the last/current employer.
