Job Description

          Minimum Qualifications:

            Education                 :  Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

            Training                    :  4 hours relevant training

          Preferred Qualification:

            Education                 :   Completion of AB or BA in Social Sciences          

            Training                    :   8 hours of relevant training

I.                          JOB DESCRIPTION


· Monitor complaints handling at the provincial and municipal levels;            

· Act as head secretariat during the Provincial Grievance Committee (PGC)  meetings

·Consolidate and prepare regular reports and updates for the PGC, RGC, and RPMO;

· Regularly maintain and update the regional GRS database (including immediate encoding of GRS forms once received);            

· Provide technical assistance to local grievance monitors and C/MLs;                    

· Provide analysis on trends in grievance reporting at the provincial and/or cluster level and identify strategies to address major problems;                      

· Performs other related task as may be assigned from time to time
