JOB SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the Director, provides administrative support and perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Receives and logs incoming communications;

2.     Delivers documents/communications to different CO offices;

3.     Assists in the management of SMS central files;

4.     Reproduces information materials and other official communications;

5.     Transmits through fax and/or email memos, letters and other important documents to FOs and other agencies;

6.     Assists in encoding office communication;

7.     Receives/place calls; and

8.     Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Director.

JOB OUTPUTS

1.     Updated data monitoring system

2.     Correspondence such as memorandum and letters

3.     Complete backup file

10.  Scanned copy of NBI Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI clearance; and
