Education          :  Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience        :  Two (2) years of relevant experience

Training             :  Eight (8) hours of relevant training

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education          :  Bachelor’s degree preferably Social Work, Community

                             Development, Sociology, Psychology, or any related social

                             science course

Experience        :  Two (2) years of relevant experience

Training             :  Eight (8) hours of relevant training, professional certification is an

                             advantage

Eligibility            : Career Service Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Responsible for performing overall capability building roles and functions;

2.    Undertakes the conceptualization of capability building programs including course designs, curriculum development, research and assessment of the competency requirements;

3.    Coordinates the capability building programs and projects of the Bureau;

4.    Prepares and enhances training proposal/training design;

5.    Manages/facilitates actual conduct of capability building activities;

6.    Conducts training evaluation and prepares necessary reports;

7.    Develops and enhances training manuals/modules;

8.    Provides technical assistance to Offices, Bureaus and Services (OBS)/Field Offices (FOs) on training design, institutional development and capability building (IDCB) reports, etc; and

9.    Performs other tasks as may be required by the Chief and/or the Director
