Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:

Under immediate supervision; He/she facilitates the distribution and retrieval of compliance verification forms. He/she prepares the summary of Compliance Verification System (CVS) forms distributed and retrived and taken note of issues and concerns on meeting the Compliance Verification System (CVS) distribution and retreival and submission to Community/ Municipal Link for appropriate action. He/she facilitates the coordination with schools and health centers relative to Compliance Verification System (CVS) monitoring and retrieval. He/she will collate the submitted updates forms in tems of complete attachment of documents/ requirements. He/she collates the submitted Grievance Redress System (GRS) forms. He/she assists the Municipal Link in her/his workload and management of cases e.g referrals and coordination in the barangays. He/she accomplishes performance commitment and appraisal, and performs other related tasks.
