Skills : Strongly familiar with different types of cooking, Well versed in planning menus
Primary Tasks:
Plans menu guide in coordination with Nutritionists:
Does regular marketing;
Prepares and cooks meals
Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area
Installs proper management and storage of food supplies and kitchen wares
Prepares monthly food consumption report

Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75\% of the maximum total score on ETE
Final Shortlisting: Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80 \%
