JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the general supervision of Assistant Bureau Director, serves as clerk, messenger, projector and sound system operator, in-charge of photocopying of documents, packaging of instructional materials, and preparation of training supplies and materials.

Job Outputs:

1.     Photocopies of relevant documents

2.     Sorted/packaged learning materials and documents

3.     Delivered documents, communication, or packages to various offices in DSWD Central Office

4.     Maintained projector, microphones, sound system, photocopier, and other equipment; and

5.     Prepared/organized training supplies and materials

10.  Scanned copy of NBI Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI clearance; and
