Minimum Qualification Standards:

Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Eligibility : Career Service Professional - 2nd Level Eligibility (None Required)

Training : 4 hours of relevant training

Experience : 1 year of relevant experience

 

Preferred Qualification Standards:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Training : 12 hours of training relevant to managing community-based infrastructures, and/or community development / poverty reduction

Experience : 1 year of relevant civil works experience in small-scaled, rural, community-based infrastructure

Development, preferably with 6 months of engagement to foreign-assisted development projects

Eligibility : RA 1080 (Civil Engineer)

 

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:

Under immediate supervision; he/she shall provide technical assistance to the Area Coordinating Team, Municipal Coordinating Team, and the community volunteers of the different barangays on the implementation of the Community Empowerment Activity Cycle (CEAC), and ensure that community infrastructures built and managed by volunteers meet the program-prescribed design, construction, procurement processes, and project standards; and shall perform other-related works inherent to the position.
