PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education          : Bachelor’s degree

Experience        : Preferably one (1) year of relevant experience in along personnel administration

Training             : Preferably eight (8) hours of relevant training on personnel administration

Eligibility            : Career Service Sub-Professional/ First (1st) Level Eligibility

 Additional requirements

-        Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under direction, performs highly skilled, responsible and difficult clerical functions; and does other related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Prepares/encode general correspondence, service records and Certifications;

2.     Records/receives/reviews documents for the Division;

3.     Maintains/scan/file records/documents and explains records related to office functions/service;

4.     Processes/reviews application for leave/locator slip and daily time records;

5.     Prepares payroll, obligation request and disbursement voucher as may be assigned;

6.     Assist in overtime computation;

7.     Reproduces documents;

8.     Prepares periodic personnel reports;

9.     Assist in the area of personnel and administrative work; and

10.  Does other related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.

1.     Letters/Memoranda

2.     Records

3.     Payroll/worksheet/register

4.     Statistical Reports

5.     Data on absences, tardiness, undertime, leave without pay/ absence without pay, leave/compensatory overtime credits

6.     Updated PAD Documents in EDTMS
