Willing to work long hours, even on weekends and holidays especially during disaster response operations JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs secretarial, administrative support and clerical functions for their division/section; and does other related works. Functions and Responsibilities 1.     Performs secretarial functions for the Bureau Director; 2.     Facilitates pertinent papers from the division's to be reviewed and approved by the Director; 3.     Routes and distributes papers from NRLMB to the Central Office and all incoming mails and email; 4.     Tracks, checks, and ensures completeness and appropriateness of attachments and documents (incoming and outgoing); 5.     Prepares and files incoming and outgoing communications and monitors submission of reports and other documents required by the office; 6.     Manages the Director's working schedule, meetings, workshops, conferences, etc; 7.     Prepares presentations, talking points and speeches; 8.     Maintains files of confidential nature; 9.     Facilitates receipts and timely responses of all communications for action of the Bureau Director; 10.  Assists in the general functions of the Office of the Director; 11.  Records in the data tracking system and releases outgoing documents to concerned OBSUs; 12.  Submits reports, regular or special operations, as required; and 13.  Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Bureau Director.
