Job Summary:
Under general supervision of the Chief of the Research and Design Division, performs functions involving systems development, design and updating of IT component/s of new and ongoing social technologies and act as data privacy officer of the Bureau and ensures compliance to data privacy law of add data systems projects.
Job Outputs:

4. Users and Admin Manual
5. Other technical documents related to information technology projects of STB
Special Qualifications:
1. Proficient in oral and written communications;
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
3. Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
4. Capable in applying data security/privacy and protection measures
5. Capable of managing IT projects
Primary Tasks:
1. Assist in the conduct business process and requirement analysis, system analysis and develop system design;
2. Design, write, test debug, or troubleshoot and maintain the source code of information system;
3. Conduct systematic monitoring of software engineering processes, tools and methods used to ensure quality of applications developed;
4. Provide technical assistance in the preparation of system maintenance, monitoring, change management and sustainability plans;
5. Process requests for change management and sustainability plans;
6. Coordinate with other ICT teams/groups on project management requirements and the performance of assigned tasks;
7. Manages and monitors the contents of the developed IT system for DSWD STB
8. Undertakes the necessary modifications on the content of the IT systems for the DSWD STB and other social technologies as applicable;
9. Extends technical assistance to the Field Offices in the implementation of the interventions provided through the online platforms;
10. Partake active involvement in the conduct of IT related capacity building activities of the Bureau
11. Prepare and submit proposals, other technical reports and other documentation as required by the Bureau Director;
12. Coordinate with other DSWD office/Bureau/Service/ Units for partnerships and collaborations;
13. Prepare ICT service management reports and recommendation
14. Provide technical assistance to STB staff on the conduct of privacy impact assessments and preparation of data privacy manuals; and
15. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Bureau Director
