Education          :  Completion of two years studies in college

Experience        :  One (1) year of relevant experience

Training             :  Four (4) hours of relevant training

JOB SUMMARY

Under immediate supervision, performs administrative support and clerical functions, and does other related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Records, scan and tracks all incoming and outgoing documents of the PMD-Proper;

2.     Receives and review Purchase Requests;

3.     Files and photocopies documents as requested;

4.     Follow-up urgent concerns as instructed;

5.     Answers telephone calls, undertakes initial information gathering from partners and stakeholder; and

6.     Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.
