We wish to inform you that the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC) has one (1) vacant Contractual position with details as follows:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III

Salary Grade     : 9 (Php 20,402.00)

Status                : Contract of Service

Location            : Finance and Administrative Division

Reports to         : Administrative Officer V, Supervising Administrative Officer, Chief Administrative Officer

CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education          : Completion of two (2) years studies in college

Training             : 4 hours of relevant training

Experience        : 1 year of relevant experience

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

Education          : Preferably at least 3rd year in college and course being taken is Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related Social Sciences course

Training             : 4 hours training in Human Resource Management

Experience        : 1 year experience in human resource management and development

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Administrative Assistant Ill shall assist in providing secretariat services for HRMPSB, PDC, PRAISE, etc, implementation of JJWC Learning and Development Plan CY2021 and other tasks/deliverables of the unit.

PRIMARY TASKS

1.     Assists in providing secretariat services to committees assigned to the unit such as HRMPSB, PDC and PRAISE

2.     Acts as alternate UDCO

3.     Assists in planning, coordinating and facilitating learning sessions and other capability building activities

4.     Assists in the preparation of training proposals

5.     Facilitates the preparation, review and approval of documents needed for payments of honorarium to resource persons during learning sessions and other capability building activities.

6.     Facilitates the preparation, review and approval of documents in relation to attendance to trainings including payments to training institutions

7.     Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Unit Head, CAO, Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director
