Administrative Officer V (until December 2021 only)

Minimum Qualification Standards:
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training

 Functions and Responsibilities:

I.                     Facilitate payment reconciliation and liquidation;
II.                    Consolidate report on claimed and unclaimed cash grants and/or cash cards;
III.                  Prepare and coordinate procurement concerns of the project;
IV.                  Monitor and track fund sub-allotment, notices of cash allocation and actual cash disbursements;
V.                   Ensure the legality, propriety, accuracy and completeness of and process payments for all financial transactions involving the RPMO;
VI.                  Files and maintains financial records of the project;
VII.                 Liaise with involved agencies (LBP, LGUs and MSWDOs) regarding notification, registration and OTC payouts
VIII.               Coordinate with UCT NPMO and RPMO
IX.                  Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Division Chief;
X.                   Renders additional services as authorized in the exigency of the service which shall be compensated accordingly.
