Additional competency
Effective social and interpersonal skills. Able to perform administrative tasks in an office setting. Proficient with office desktop applications specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Familiarity with databases/management information systems is a plus. Reading and understanding technical documentation. Proficient in oral and written communication.Â
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides technical assistance to assigned cluster region by compiling, analyzing and generating Compliance Verification System (CVS) data: preparing communications to provide program updates and respond to queries and issues raised; and ensuring that the Compliance Verification Process is done in the assigned cluster region.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.    Ensures that the technical assistance needs of the assigned cluster region are met, particularly during critical activities in the Compliance Verification process;
2.    Ensures that generated Compliance Verification Forms for the assigned cluster region are complete and accurate;
3.    Verifies, resolves and logs issues and queries referred to the division by the Regional Compliance Verification Officer of the assigned cluster region;
4.    Coordinates with other units on issues that are brought to the division for appropriate action;
5.    Prepares communications addressed to field offices, other units within the department and external parties;
6.    Prepares reports which aid in analyzing trends in CV data and contribute to identifying strategies to address major problems;
7.    Represents the division in meetings, workshops, conferences and other activities when applicable; and
8.    Performs other tasks assigned by the National Program Director/Manager or Division Head.
