communications with specialization in technical

writing, multimedia and design.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Interim duties: Provide technical assistance in finalizing existing knowledge products submitted to SWIDB;

  1. Collaborate with the Training Specialists in designing computer-based, web-based or multimedia-based layout, graphics, animation, video, sound and/or content for use in presentation on KM e.g. video productions, website, CDs, DVDs, promotional materials, and other electronic media;

  2. Assist in the management of the DSWD Core Group of Specialist;

  3. Identify and/or develop contents to be uploaded in the knowledge management portal such as announcements, feature stories, success stories, etc.;

  4. Provide support in the implementation of activities for the different knowledge sharing and collaboration mechanisms including the learning facilities managed by the Division/Bureau;

  5. Attend staff meetings and other activities of the Knowledge Management Division and Capacity Building Bureau; and

  6. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Director.
