JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the general supervision of the Social Welfare Officer IV, will provide technical support for the implementation of the Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa Program (BP2P).Â
PRIMARY TASKS
Assist the Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-Asa Program (BP2P) National Coordinator in the planning and preparation of Work and Financial Plan (WFP) and Monthly Disbursement Plan (MDP) and other key program activities such as, but not limited to, program review and evaluation workshops, program studies and assessment and validation of endorsed applicants and payouts;
Facilitate consolidation and preparation of the list of eligible beneficiaries for certification of the National Program Manager;
Review and finalize the draft Social Case Study Reports prepared by the Social Welfare Officer;
Assist in supervising and providing technical assistance to the SWO Ils; Ensure implementation and follow-through of intervention plans, including coordination and conduct of specific activities with the families' i.e. counseling, group work, family conferences, facilitate tracing and coordination with families in receiving LGUs/communities;
Maintain the database / master list of applicants in the assigned areas; prepare and submit reports required by the management;
Prepare the consolidated family support packages matrix for approval of the National Program Manager (NPM);
Assist in the preparation of the work and financial and monthly disbursement plans;
Facilitate case conferences with the SWO Ils and other relevant stakeholders, as needed.Â
Provide inputs and recommendations on program strategies and emerging implementation concerns;
Attends Division regular meetings and performs any other related task related to the program implementation, as deemed necessary;
Report to the office beyond the approved work arrangements that may be instructed by the supervisors and deemed necessary in the exercise of duties and responsibilities; and
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
