Bachelor's degree in community development, social science, economics, statistics or related discipline.

Experience

3 years' experience in project development and management particularly on community-driven development programs, conduct of case management and position/s involving management and supervision.

Training

:

16 hours of training on project development and management, case briefing and management.

JOB DESCRIPTION


Under the general supervision of the Deputy National Program Manager and the National Program Manager, will directly manage and supervise the Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa Program (BP2P). Provide guidance and direction to the division and ensure timely implementation of the program.


PRIMARY TASKS


  1. The BP2P Coordinator will provide technical oversight and guidance and ensure timely implementation of the Balik Probinsya Bagong Pag-asa Program (BP2P) 

  2. Update the National Program Manager (NPM) and Deputy National Program Manager (DNPM) of program outputs, status of implementation and recommend technical inputs for policy discussions and enhancements;

  3. Assist the NPM and DNPM on preparation of annual plans, program evaluation workshops and major inter-agency activities;

  4. Coordinate with the respective inter-agencies' BP2P Focal persons regarding endorsed list of applicants for verification and assessment, also update the Department's position and recommendations on the draft policy documents and emerging implementation concerns;

  5. Coordinate with the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program's (4Ps) designated focal person for the Modified Conditional Cash Transfers (MCCT) beneficiaries' enrollment to the program and other related case management processes;

  6. Monitor the achievement of targets, ensuring that implementation is based on the approved Work and Financial Plan (WFP) and Monthly Disbursement Plans (MDP) and aligned with the BP2P program goals and objectives;

  7. Coordinate with the respective Officers, Bureaus, Services and Units (OBSUs) and Field Offices (FOs) the plans for BP2 Program beneficiaries and other relevant directives;

  8. Supervise and provide technical assistance to the SWO Ills and SWO Il's;

  9. Consolidate regional accomplishment reports and other related program documents for submission to the Management and Executive Committees;

  10. Attends meeting and perform any other related task to the program implementation, as deemed necessary;

  11. Report to the office beyond the approved work arrangements, that may be instructed by the supervisors and deemed necessary in the exercise of duties and responsibilities; and

  12. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
