CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education          :  Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience        :  One (1) year of relevant experience

Training             :  Four (4) hours of relevant training

Eligibility            :  Career Service Professional/ Second (2nd) Level Eligibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education          : Preferably a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, or related  field. 

Experience        : Three (3) years of relevant experience

Training             : Eight (8) hours of relevant trainings on project monitoring and evaluation, project management and other training relevant to the job

JOB SUMMARY

In partnership with AO V, shall assist in the conduct for monitoring of the Program/Activities/Plans (PAPs) implementation. He / She shall also assist on the development of Monitoring and Evaluation Tools for the implemented PAPs.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Assists in the development and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation systems and processes:

2.     Provides assistance in developing tools and processes in the improvement of Monitoring and Evaluation framework:

3.     Assists in the monitoring of the development of activities in PAPs execution and shall conduct quality and impact assessment on the implemented PAPs;

4.   Utilize the collective information to continually assess project progress and inform project management decision-making;

5.     Assists in gathering necessary data/information relative to the PAPs implementation;

6.     Facilitates the documentation and presentation of the M&E results; and

7.     Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time by the Division Chief or by higher authorities.
