Job Description

Under direct supervision of the Regional Convergence Coordinator, perform administrative and support functions in the implementation of the Convergence Strategy;

Reviews, records, and track all incoming and outgoing communications (thru different channels) and maintain files and records of these documents relative to convergence;

Assist the Provincial Link and SWO-II in the collation of Municipal Action Plans/Accomplishment for Submission to the RPMO;

Assist in the administration of the SWI

Prepare related communications

Perform other ad hoc tasks as may be assigned by the Provincial Link.
