JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Officer V will primary handle all the reportorial requirements of the Procurement Management Service.
PRIMARY TASKS
1.    Gather data, prepare reports and ensure the timely submission of procurement requirements of oversight agencies; monitoring offices, bureaus, services and offices of the Department; as well as, all other compliance request of the PMS and of the Department.
2.  Conduct procurement related research pertaining to issuances, updates, guidelines and opinions in relation to the implementation of procurement guidelines.
3.    Provide technical assistance to various offices, bureaus, services and units of the department, as well as, the Field Agencies and Attached Agencies.
4.    Assist in the cascading of information, compliance to requirements, and alignment of Office strategies and activities to Ease of Doing Business Law (RA 11032), and the Department's Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 Standards.
5.    Develop new strategies and innovative procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
6.    Does other related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Procurement Management Service (PMS) Director/ Officer-In-Charge
