Education

:

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management Information Systems or Data Management or Social Sciences

Experience

:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management

Data Management with foreign funded projects an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Manages and processes program beneficiary data from pre-registration to graduation.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Prepares data monitoring tools to capture updates in beneficiaries' information and profiles;

2.     Reviews and drafts guideline and procedures on beneficiaries' updating;

3.     Facilitates the consolidation and ensures integrity of data submitted by Field Offices;

4.     Monitors and provides technical assistance on beneficiary updating activities in all 17 regions;

5.     Reviews guidelines and recommends revisions and improvements to the beneficiary updating system;

6.     Assists Project Development Officers during Unit, NGC and NPMO related activities;

7.  Analyzes trends in the beneficiary profiles and proposes strategies to address issues and concerns particularly those that affect compliance and release of payments;

8.     Reviews and recommends appropriate interventions related beneficiary updating; and

9.     Acts as resource person during trainings related to beneficiary updating system.

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% of the maximum total score of ETE and only those who obtained a high average percentile on Initial Qualifying Test

Second Shortlisting:

Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
