 TERMS OF REFERENCE

 

Position                      :          SOCIAL WELFARE OFFICER II

Salary Grade/Salary  :           SG 15 (Php 33,575.00)

Employment Status  :           Pantawid -Contract of Service

Location/Office         :           FOVII

Division/Unit              :           Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program

 

QUALIFICATION GUIDE

 

Minimum Qualification Standards:

 

Education                   :           Bachelor's degree in Social Work

Training                      :           4 hours of relevant training 

Experience                 :           1 year of relevant experience

Eligibility                      :           RA 1080 RSW

 

 JOB DESCIPTION

 

  • Conduct regular project monitoring in the areas where the Convergence projects are being implemented;
  • Facilitate the administration of Social Welfare Indicators and implementation of other monitoring tools needed in the project;
  • Submit analysis and recommendations related to the status of clients;
  • Maintain and update the regional database of clients for the convergence project;
  • As needed. Coordinate with SWADT, Provincial coordinators and other concerned offices and agencies involved in the convergence projects;
  • Attend Regional Convergence Coordination Committee meetings
  • Prepare and submit all needed periodic reports;
  • Provide recommendations necessary for the successful implementation of convergence report; and
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned
