ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II (HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT)

Salary Grade     : 8 (Php 18,251.00)

Reports to         : Administrative Officer V

CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education          : Completion of two-year studies in College

Training             : 4 hours of relevant training

Experience        : 1 year of relevant experience

Eligibility            : Career Service Professional-1st level eligibility

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

Education          : Bachelor’s degree in Office/Public Administration, Accountancy, Business Management or any related field

Training             : 8 hours of training in office administration or records management

Experience        : 1 year of experience in performing clerical functions

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, assists the Human Resource Management Officer in the implementation of personnel management policies; performs administrative functions in the HR Section; and does other related work.

PRIMARY TASKS

1.     Reviews application for leave and daily time records of employees;

2.     Prepares payroll of salaries and employee compensation and benefits e.g. allowance, bonus, incentives;

3.  Prepares remittances for mandatory contributions/loans to GSIS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG Fund and Landbank;

4.     Renders liaisoning work to CSC, GSIS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG Fund;

5.     Maintains/updates 201 file of employees and other personnel records;

6.     Prepares service record, clearance, and other employment certificates as may be required;

7.     Tracks incoming and outgoing communication and documents; and

8.     Provide administrative support in the recruitment and selection process, and training and development activities.

1.     Payroll of salaries, benefits and remittances

2.     Payslip of staff

3.     Special and periodic reports required by GSIS, Philhealth, HDMF

4.     Record/logbook for incoming and outgoing documents;

5.     Consolidated Applications for Leave

6.     Updated leave cards

7.     Report on statement of leave balances

8.     Filing of DTR and 201 files

9.     Service Records/Certificate of Employment
