ONE (1) SLOT FOR SOCIAL WELFARE ASSISTANT Employment Status: Permanent Item Number: OSEC-DSWDB-SOCWAS-344-2004 Place of Assignment: Regional Rehabilitation Center for the Youth (RRCY), Argao, Cebu Salary Grade: 8 (Php18,251.00)CSC Minimum Qualifications: Education: Completion of two years’ studies in College Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience Eligibility: Career Service Sub-professional/1st Level Eligibility   Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work Training: Four (4) hours of relevant experience Experience: At least one (1) year of experience relevant to implementation of social welfare programs and services with exposure to case management Eligibility: RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker)   Duties and Responsibilities:   1.     Conducts interviews to clienteles; 2.     Provides psychosocial interventions such as counseling and family conferences; 3.     Prepares project proposals, social case study reports, monitoring, assessment reports; 4.     Conducts case conferences; 5.     Refers clients to concerned LGUs, NGOs, and POs for further intervention and assistance; 6.     Assists social worker in her work load and management of cases; 7.     Monitors projects per beneficiaries; 8.     Coordinates with LGUs, NGOs, POs and GAs; 9.     Performs clerical functions.  Applicants should be guided by the following Criteria for Evaluation:  CRITERIA EQUIVALENT RATING Education (E) 25% Training (T) 10% Experience (E) 25% Written Examination: Initial Qualifying Test Special Exam (Technical)   10% 10% Comptency-based Interview 15% IPCR or any related Performance Assessment Review 5% TOTAL 100%                     Initial Shortlisting:             Obtain 75\% of the maximum total score on ETE and only those who obtained an average percentile on Initial Qualifying Test Final Shortlisting:               Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80\%   Qualified applicants must submit the following documents in a combined PDF file format (https://combinepdf.com/) to recruitment.fo7@dswd.gov.ph with the Subject template (Position Title and Item Number) on or before July 16, 2021: Application Letter addressed to Director Rebecca P.
