Eligibility           : Civil Service Sub-Professional/ 1st Level Eligibility and/or Relevant MC 11 s.1996 as amended by CSC MC 10, s. 2013
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education        : Graduate of Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management and Development, and other relevant social sciences courses
Experience       : At least 6 months of work experience in an office setting
Training            : At least 4 hours of training on human resource management and development particularly along the health and wellness, employee welfare, rewards and recognition, and employee relations
Eligibility           : CS Sub-professional (First Level Eligibility) or Data Encoder pursuant to relevant/pertinent MC 11, s. 1996, as amended by CSC MC 10, s. 2013
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate/general supervision, and with detailed rules and procedures, performs the simplest, routine professional work to administrative requirements of the division.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.    Provides general administrative and logistical support relative to division’s activities such as but not limited to the following:
2.    Facilitates requests for venue, food and transportation;
3.    Prepares supplies/materials as needed for the activities;
4.    Encodes, reproduces, and scans handouts, attendance sheets, certificates, etc.
5.    Performs clerical and administrative functions with fiduciary obligations such as but not limited to:
a.    Preparation of Obligation Requests, Disbursement Vouchers, etc.
b.    Preparation of procurement requests, PPMP, etc.
c.     Monitoring of division balances/payments;
6.    Focal for 7s and housekeeping functions in relations to ISO 9001:2015 certification
7.    Assists in the maintenance of ICT equipment of the Division
8.    Drafts simple routine documents such as transmittal letters, special orders, certificates, vouchers, and other documents as may be required
9.    Handles records management of the office/division/unit; tracks documents and office communications in the Data Tracking System and other similar means
10. Maintains availability, dispenses and keeps an inventory of the division’s supplies; and
11. Performs other tasks as may be assigned or required by the supervisor.
