Job Description
SOCIAL WELFARE AIDE
Employment Status: Permanent

Salary Grade: 4 (Php 14,400.00)
Assignment: Crisis Intervention Section
Education:Â Bachelor's degree in Social Work
Training: None required
Experience: At least one (1) year of experience relevant to implementing social welfare programs and services
Eligibility: Career Service Sub-professional / 1st Level Eligibility
1. Assists social workers in the assessment and referrals of clients for assistance, socio-economic survey and community profile;
2. Attends court hearings;
3. Assists in the implementation of programs and services to victims of child abuse, disadvantaged women youth;
4. Refers clients to hospitals;
5. Organizes life education group and group work sessions;
6. Prepares accomplishment reports;
7. Encodes communications/letters/memoranda.
