Salary Grade: 8 (Php18,251.00)
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant experience
Experience: At least one (1) year of experience relevant to implementation of social welfare programs and services with exposure to case management
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts interviews to clienteles;
- Provides psychosocial interventions such as counseling and family conferences;
- Prepares project proposals, social case study reports, monitoring, assessment reports;
- Conducts case conferences;
- Refers clients to concerned LGUs, NGOs, and POs for further intervention and assistance;
- Assists social worker in her work load and management of cases;
- Monitors projects per beneficiaries;
- Coordinates with LGUs, NGOs, POs and GAs;
- Performs clerical functions.Â
