JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, shall perform be responsible for the preparation, finalization and packaging of technical materials (e.g. Technical Reports, Minutes of the Meeting, Manuals, Communications) and other supporting documents. He or She shall be responsible to develop, gather and disseminate technical materials/information needed by the Head of OBS and/or Taskforce/Technical Working Group Chairperson.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.  Preparation, finalization and packing of technical materials (e.g. Technical Reports, Minutes of the Meeting, Manuals, Communications) and other supporting documents;
2.    Prepare communication plan, develop, gather and disseminate technical information among Office/Bureau and Services;
3.  Shall be responsible for the secretariat activities that includes the provision of logistical requirements, maintenance of records, organization of meeting, documentation, drafting of memoranda and or packaging/preparation of compliance report;
4.  Will serve as secretariat for the Management Division meeting and shall be responsible to provide logistical and administrative support in the conduct of activities;
5.   Gather, validate and consolidate the necessary data and information relative to Management Division functions;
6.    Facilitate documentation and presentation of materials to Taskforce Chairperson and or FMS Director; and
7.    Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time.
