CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education        : Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience       : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training            : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
 PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education        : Bachelor’s Degree preferably Secretarial Administration, Business Administration and other related social sciences course
Experience       : Two (2) years of relevant experience in records keeping or management, filing, assisting in general office administration, procurement, setting-up or maintaining any system that entails classification and retrieval an advantage
Training            : Eight (8) hours of relevant training on records management and filing
Eligibility           : Second Level Eligibility preferably RA 1080/Career Service (Sub-Professional/Professional)
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.    Act as focal person or link to the Procurement Management Service (PMS);
2.    Prepare and submit Project Procurement Management Plans (PPMP) in accordance to the approved Work and Financial Plan (WFP) and its revision, if any;
3.    Prepare and submit Requisition and Issue Slip (RIS) and Purchase Request (PR), including the necessary supporting documents which includes but not limited to training/activities/events/supplies and equipment;
4.    Monitor and ensure the submission of the procurement plan of SWAtts prior to deployment and during employment;
5.    Responsible for other administrative requirements of both the ISSO in the Foreign Post and Home Office are effectively and efficiently undertaken;
6.    Acts as Supply Officer and Property Custodian Officer;
7.    Checks functionality, completeness and availability of office supplies; maintains records of the “in and out†of office supplies; and distributes needed staff office supplies;
8.    Coordinate with other OBSUs other general service needs;
9.    Facilitate administrative logistical requirements in the conduct of on-site monitoring/assessment in coordination with Operations Division;
10. Conducts inventory and turn-over of unserviceable equipment, waste materials disposal as necessary;
11. Records management/safekeeping, air transport reservation;
12. In-charge of tracking/processing of load provisions of ISSO staff, among others;
13. Prepares invitation letter for meetings and facilitates payments DVs/ORS at SWEMC; and
14. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.
