JOB DESCRIPTION 

Assists the Social Services Delivery and Management Division in ensuring efficient and effective data management in Pantawid case management system as basis for program and policy enhancement and development.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Assist in the Conducts of gender analysis on data and information with relevant implications on case management implementation processes;

2.     Regularly maintains data management system;

3.     Assist in the formulation of concept notes, plans, policies and guideline on case management;

4.     Drafts assessment and/or accomplishment reports, and other required  documents;

5.     Conducts monitoring and evaluation and capacity building activities and prepares the necessary documentation reports;

6.     Provides the structure for information to be easily shared with others for planning, managing outcome and technical assistance purposes;

7.     Provides technical and secretariat support during case conferences, meetings and other related activities;

8.     Conducts technical assistance support to all the field offices related to Pantawid Pamilya case management implementation processes;

9.     Coordinates with concerned offices relevant offices relevant to case management;

10.  Performs other related functions as may be assigned by direct superiors.
